Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome. Scheduling ahead helps us get you in faster, but we'll always do our best to see same-day patients.
Do you take my insurance?
We're currently Self-Pay while we credential with major carriers. Call us and we can confirm where we stand with your plan.
How long does an eye exam take?
Plan for about 45–60 minutes for a comprehensive exam. Contact lens evaluations may add 15–30 minutes.
How often should I have an eye exam?
Most healthy adults: every 1–2 years. Children, contact lens wearers, and patients with diabetes or chronic conditions: annually.
Where are you located?
We have two Montana offices: our Great Falls location is inside Walmart Optical at 701 Smelter Ave NE (Mon–Fri, 8a–5p), and our Conrad location is a standalone clinic at 315 South Main Street, Suite A (Saturdays, 8a–5p).
Do you see kids?
Absolutely. Dr. Jake loves working with children of all ages, from infants (6 months+) to teens.
Can I order contacts through you?
Yes. Once you have a current contact lens prescription, we can order supplies and arrange shipping or in-store pickup.
Do you offer designer frames?
We carry Ray-Ban, Nike Vision, DKNY and many more. Visit our Brands page for the latest selection.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards, debit, HSA, FSA, and CareCredit financing.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call our office at 406-761-3461, please give us 24 hours' notice when possible.
